This project is a collaboration between "Service Ensemble Quartiers Dudelange de l'asbl Inter-Actions", the city of Dudelange and "Pierre Papier Crayon" (Diane Demanet and myself).
The goal is essentially to avoid overcunsumption and buying new objects or devices. The project encourages this way a longlasting development and protects the planet and it's ressources.
The idea is to leave objects that you don't need, but still are in a good condition, so people who might need them can take or exchange them. As long as people follow some simple rules and don't see the givebox as a colorful trash can, it is very promising and exciting to go go take a look what's inside.
We painted the two giveboxes with children of the neighborhood to bring some more color to the city.
